Moving Out?

Please Remember that we do not prorate at move-out. To begin, please follow these steps:

  1. Please provide a 10-day notice, if possible. You can do this by TEXTING or call us at (248) 770 2246
  2. Empty your unit of ALL valuables, belongings, litter and leaving the unit broom swept 
  3. Remove your lock! It is yours to keep!
  4. Take a picture (show unit number) of the unit and TEXT it to us at (248) 770-2246 with your full name, unit #, and move-out date!
  5. Once all of the above requirements have been completed, you will be notified by text and/or email that we have closed your account with us.
